11 lbs. 7.8 oz.

So since we are going out of town on Monday, Neal's 2 week check up was going to be today. But since we had some concerns about his tummy, we got it changed to Thursday. So that made him one week and 3 days old. And he weighed in at, yes indeed, 11 lbs. 7.8 oz. His pediatrician was pretty astounded. She said they like babies to gain an ounce a day and he is gaining 3. Wow. Especially because he rarely eats for more than 10 minutes and often less. But here he is in all his heavy glory. I am so pleased I caught him looking at the camera . . .those deep blue eyes melt me! My favorite thing is when he stretches his legs out and you can see how long they are and how his feet stick out from them. I got this angle of his feet on purpose!
